- 1.5 oz Chai tea, infused
- 1 oz Orgeat syrup
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- Crushed ice

- 6 oz Chai tea, infused
- 4 oz Orgeat syrup
- 16 dashes Angostura bitters
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: caramelized pineapple, star anise, cinnamon stick
- 3.75 oz Ruby Kist Lime Juice 32 oz / 1 gal
- 5 oz Ruby Kist Orange Juice 64 oz
- 7.5 oz Chai tea, infused
- 5 oz Orgeat syrup
- 20 dashes Angostura bitters
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: caramelized pineapple, star anise, cinnamon stick
- 7.5 oz Ruby Kist Lime Juice 32 oz / 1 gal
- 10 oz Ruby Kist Orange Juice 64 oz
- 15 oz Chai tea, infused
- 10 oz Orgeat syrup
- 40 dashes Angostura bitters
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: caramelized pineapple, star anise, cinnamon stick
- Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Pour without straining directly into an Old Fashioned glass.
- Top with crushed ice.
- Add 3 dashes Angostura bitters on top.
